Cory Connolly is Vice President of Development and Community Projects for the Institute for Energy Innovation and Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council. He also serves on the Michigan state endorsement committee for LaunchProgress, volunteers time working on the Roosevelt Institute’s Forge Fellowship, and is an active member of the Young Climate Leaders Network. Cory has been a fellow with the Roosevelt Institute, Automation Alley, and New Leaders Council. He was named one of Forbes 30 under 30 for Law and Policy and in 2016 he was named a Clean Power Player by Environmental Entrepreneurs. His writing has been featured by the Environmental Law Firm, the Japanese International Cooperative Agency (JICA), and Crain’s Detroit. He is a graduate of James Madison College at Michigan State University where he majored in International Relations and specialized in Environmental Economics and Policy.
