At the Roosevelt Institute, Renée develops and implements visual solutions in the form of infographics, printed pieces, and digital communications to bolster the Roosevelt message and engage audiences. Prior to the Roosevelt Institute, Renée collaborated with a number of advocacy and not for profit organizations. She served as the Web and Design Director for Transportation Alternatives, an activist group dedicated to safer biking, walking and public transit in New York City. She began her work as a designer while on staff at the Brooklyn Arts Council, a not for profit that offers free arts programming in the borough of Brooklyn along with resources and grants to Brooklyn-based artists. She currently has a freelance practice serving clients such as the Buckminster Fuller Institute and the Heliotrope Foundation and remains an active volunteer and participant with local community groups in Brooklyn and nationwide climate change initiatives.
