Forge Fellow

Sadiya Khan is an incoming sophomore at Arizona State University and is a part of Barrett, the Honors College. She is currently majoring in Justice Studies and hopes for her career to revolve around social justice—she is specifically interested in providing menstrual resources to low-income people of color. This interest was fostered at her high school where she organized The Hygiene Project, a drive to distribute menstrual products to homeless pregnant women and/or mothers. Sadiya is currently a student mentor and facilitator with the César E. Chávez Leadership Institute, where she mentors high school students and program alumni, providing resources for them to attain higher education and to develop as leaders and professionals.
