Kyle Strickland is the Senior Legal Analyst at the Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race & Ethnicity and a fellow at the Roosevelt Institute. His research focuses on issues related to race and the criminal justice system, civic engagement, political economy, and education policy. In addition, Kyle serves as the Director of My Brother’s Keeper Ohio, a statewide network that provides educational and community opportunities for youth of color.
Kyle earned his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he served as Student Body President. Kyle, a native of Columbus, Ohio, earned his bachelor’s from The Ohio State University.
