She has collaborated on visual stories with The Young Feminists for Climate Justice, the FDR Library, and NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies. Her visual work has been published in Scientific American, Nature Magazine, Physics World, Discover Magazine, therumpus.net, MEL Magazine, Damn Joan, and Wag’s Revue. She continues to work with community organizers, scientists, policy advocates, and science writers to help them grow narrative and visual storytelling skills toward effective strategy.
Perrin received a B.A from Brown University with a major in human biology. Her undergraduate research focused on the developmental biology of marine invertebrates.
Prior to joining Natural Resources Defense Council in 2012, Perrin was a Graphic Facilitator and Science Storyteller at Alphachimp Studio in Nashville, TN.
