Sonia manages the organization’s recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and employee wellness programs.
Prior to joining Roosevelt, she worked at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House as a human resources generalist, Environmental Defense Fund as a senior benefits manager, and at Gibbs & Soell, a public relations firm, as their human resources director. Sonia is a graduate of Pace University with a BA in psychology, with a focus in industrial and organizational psychology.
