Shannon oversees accounts payable, cash flow, budgeting, auditing, team development, and process improvements. She also serves as a thought partner to the CFO, collaborating on payroll, grants management, retirement plans, insurance, and more.
Prior to joining Roosevelt, Shannon worked as the director of operations and finance at Beat the Streets, an NYC youth development nonprofit, where she managed finances, human resources, marketing, and fundraising. Shannon earned a BS in business administration with an emphasis on management and marketing from Oklahoma State University.
