As senior operations associate at the Roosevelt Institute, Sophia Spriggs supports communication between departments and builds out new processes for easier operation. This includes the storage and organization of resources, as well as the approvals for events and contracts. Sophia also supports the think tank department further in scheduling and contract execution. She serves as an assistant where needed to think tank staff members.
Prior to joining Roosevelt, Sophia worked in the service industry for many years and then in certifications for vocational education programs in high schools and community colleges nationwide.
