She focuses on enhancing the functionality and integration of platforms like Salesforce and Asana to support seamless collaboration across departments. Tiara spearheads initiatives to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and workflow efficiency while providing leadership in training staff and managing vendor relationships. By fostering innovative solutions and ensuring cybersecurity compliance, Tiara strengthens the technological infrastructure that underpins the Roosevelt Institute’s mission.
Prior to joining Roosevelt, Tiara implemented solution-based technology at SONY Music, New York Cares, and Children’s Aid. She obtained her credentials as a certified Salesforce.com administrator in 2018.
