Alice Janigro is Roosevelt’s social media manager, leading social media strategy across the organization as a part of the communications team.


As social media manager, Alice Janigro leads social media strategy across the organization and supports the organization’s broader digital strategy. Alice evaluates, plans, organizes, and coordinates social content to amplify Roosevelt’s messages, spokespeople, research, programs, and events. She supports the release and promotion of Roosevelt’s publications across social media platforms, and helps implement and track metrics of success for Roosevelt’s digital communications.

Alice started as an intern with the Roosevelt Network in the New York City office. She then worked as Roosevelt’s communications manager, supporting press, media, and social media functions of the organization to help to promote Roosevelt’s post-neoliberal work and worldview in the media. Prior to working at Roosevelt, Alice worked as a field organizer with Elizabeth Warren’s reelection campaign and the Massachusetts Democratic Party. She has also interned in the offices of Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). She is a 2019 graduate of Tufts University, where she received a BA in international relations with a focus on international trade, and a minor in Italian. At Tufts, Alice worked as a research assistant for the Tufts Labor Lab, participated in student dance groups, and was part of the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life.
