A native to Washington DC, Anthony grew up surrounded by and interested in politics from a young age. This interest led him to several political advocacy roles, and eventually a media relations role where he had the opportunity to serve his hometown while working for the mayor of Washington, DC. He relocated to New York City in 2023 and has since been working for the Roosevelt Institute, using his previous government and political advocacy experience in support of our mission. In addition to his previous media relations and communications work experience, Anthony brings his MA in media and strategic communications and BA in political communications from the George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs. Outside of work, Anthony spends most of his time with his wife and his dog, Reggie. He also enjoys martial arts, video games, and reading science fiction.
