Justin Bloesch is a Fellow at the Roosevelt Institute and postdoctoral researcher at the Columbia Business School.

Justin Bloesch is a labor and macroeconomist at the Columbia Business School. His research explores how workers’ hold-up power affects wage setting and how structural changes in the economy affect macroeconomic stabilization policy.

Justin Bloesch is from Wisconsin and received his BS in economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Justin received his PhD in economics from Harvard University in 2022, and he will begin as an assistant professor of economics at the School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University in the summer of 2023.
