Kate Gordon is the CEO of California Forward, a statewide nonprofit focusing on enabling the shift to a more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive economy across every region of the state. She has held senior advisory roles in both the Newsom and Biden administrations, and at a variety of national think tanks, including the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where she serves as a nonresident scholar. She received her JD and masters in city planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
