Prior to joining Roosevelt, Perla worked with various nonprofit educational programs for eight years. She spent five years as an accountant for an early childhood program in Brooklyn and as a payroll coordinator for a special education school on Long Island. Perla obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehman College. In her free time she enjoys trying different restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
