Prior to working for Roosevelt, Robert-Thomas worked for 15 years with college student leaders throughout the nation. He has coached individual college leaders, facilitated workshops for college communities, and led major change initiatives on many college campuses. He is a solid advisor, mentor, teacher, and coach; is an expert on how colleges and universities work and how college students develop into socially conscious adults; and values service, authenticity, and change. Robert-Thomas holds a BA in music from Elon University and a MS in higher education administration from Miami University. He is originally from Cincinnati, OH, but now lives with his husband, mother, and foster children in Dallas, TX. Robert-Thomas loves music, intellectual conversations, and working on progressive issues that impact the lives of children.
