Sadhika Bagga is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in Economics at the Columbia Business School. And in the Fall of 2024, Sadhika will be joining the Department of Economics at the University of Rochester as an Assistant Professor.
Sadhika received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2023. Her primary areas of interest are in macroeconomics and labor economics. Sadhika’s current research focuses on understanding the link between the decline in labor market dynamism and increasing market power of firms.
